It’s Friday afternoon and you are pondering the weekend’s activities with your family thinking about the fun things you will all do together…. that is until you get the dreaded 4:00pm call from a supply chain partner stating they have a product withdrawal and your company might be impacted.
Which locations have the product? Who is going to help you call locations? What is the replenishment strategy? How much product do you have inside your company? How long will it take for everyone to get back to you on a Friday afternoon verifying that product has been destroyed?

From anywhere that you have an internet connection, Share-ify allows you to access your supply chain.
Users can simply login, select “Work-ify” and begin initiating an “Incident.” They can choose which locations have been impacted and upload a memo stating what the product is and what they should do with it. Finally, you can put a target time and date in which you want users to respond. The system will continue to call and email until they respond.
Share-ify calls and emails every user on your distribution list to elicit a response to complete the “Certificate of Destruction” or COD.
The COD includes the product being recalled and how much inventory has been held or destroyed and who handled this function (along with a witness). After submission, this information can be automatically forwarded to the appropriate parties for immediate replenishment.
Standards communication templates can be referenced to assist each location with handling the required withdrawal so that they do not have to be re-created during the recall. All you have to do is enter the information about the product and let Share-ify do the heavy lifting.
It’s 6:00pm now. The product withdrawal process is now complete and you still have your whole weekend ahead of you. That’s the Share-ify difference.
