As I look under the Share-ify Christmas tree, I see one more tool for your usage from the Share-ify toolbox. How did you find valuable guidance or reference documents in the past? You went to the library down the hall or street. With Share-ify, you will own your own electronic library that you share with your partners.

You can post specific instructional documents in your Reference library that provide detailed guidance to your partners on how to complete tasks, what your requirements are for partners or even forms for your partners’ easy access.

All reference documents can be associated with all partners or specific groups of partners. Your requirements may be different for produce partners versus poultry partners as an example.

You can create an online historical “brain” of knowledge that is constantly getting “smarter” for usage by all Share-ifyers. Rather than individually emailing your partners, all knowledge is immediately available to your partners. Another example of Share-ify reducing your administrative workload.
