When I need to check out the requirements for restaurant food safety which is much more specific to a kitchen type operation but very similar to a food processing facility.
When I need to approve or check up on my food suppliers for either import alerts or refusals. It does take a little time to use the website but check it at least monthly. You just cannot rely on only an audit certificate.
