While 2020 brought unique challenges to so many, Share-ify is welcoming 2021 as a time of exciting new features available for subscribers to help continue to address business opportunities.
First, Share-ify’s new pricing enables companies to connect to all their 3rd party connections for one simple price. This revised pricing model helps make it more affordable for all companies to join Share-ify.
For technology companies, 2021 is the year of user experience. Beginning in 2020, Share-ify began on an ambitious effort to improve the user experience with improved icons and navigation features. In 2021, this will include added features around notifications and status so companies will know requested information is missing or needed.
Share-ify works to ensure that the integrity of company information remains at its highest. With that in mind, companies can now have a “validated” profile to help re-affirm the accuracy of their data to their Third Party Connections.
Our Share-ify Workflow approval features have also been enhanced to allow approvers to be re-assigned midstream in the event an employee changes positions or leaves the company and no longer should be involved in your approval process.
Companies can also now see whether a Third Party Connection’s contact has a bounced email address. This will help all parties be more aware when an email address has become invalid.
Companies receiving specifications through Share-ify now have enhanced features to find specs they are looking for. This includes looking by individual ingredients listed on the specification.
Share-ify product specification also includes easy uploading for dietary certifications. This includes organic certifications, gluten free statements, and similar documents. Share-ify makes it easier for companies providing their specifications to share include requested documentation.
Share-ify is also adding new features to product specifications. Coming in March 2021, you will begin to see pricing information available for companies to share with customers and buyers.
Share-ify’s facility audits and self assessments features now also include offline capabilities in the event users need to be offline while entering audit information at a facility due to lack of internet. This big technological enhancement adds tremendous flexibility for our customers. No connectivity ? No problem !
Document sharing features now allow companies to more easily see whom they have shared a document with and what the status is with each recipient of the document. This means that a company that has shared their 3rd party audit with two companies can now see whether each customer (or recipient) has individually “approved” or “accepted” the document for their own records.
Share-ify has now also added extensive features for company’s wanting to manage their hazardous materials program. This includes the ability to print compliant labels for secondary containers.
